100 Policy
In recognition of the significant contribution of private security to crime prevention and reduction, as a private security officer, I pledge:
To accept the responsibilities and fulfill the obligation of my role; protecting life and property; preventing and reducing crimes against organizations and institutions to which I am assigned; upholding the law; respecting the constitutional rights of all persons.
To conduct myself with honesty and integrity and to adhere to the highest moral principles in the performance of my security duties.
To be faithful, diligent, dependable, and consistent in discharging my duties and to uphold at all times the laws, policies, and procedures that protect the rights of others.
To observe the precepts of truth, accuracy, and prudence, without allowing personal feelings, prejudices, animosities, or friendships to influence my judgments.
To ensure Triton Global Services personnel will always treat themselves and others with the utmost respect, and welcome transparency to all that we do. Our highest ethical standards are part of the DNA of this company, and we will always balance every decision we make against our ethical standards.
To report to my superiors, without hesitation, any violation of the law or regulations of Triton Global Services and the clients we serve.
To respect and protect the confidential and privileged information of my employer or client beyond the term of my employment, except where their interests are contrary to law or to this Code of Ethics.
To cooperate with all recognized and responsible law enforcement agencies and government agencies in matters within their jurisdiction.
To accept no compensation, commission, gratuity, or other advantages without the knowledge and consent of my employer.
To conduct myself professionally at all times, and to perform my duties in a manner that reflects credit upon me, my employer, and the entire security industry.
To strive continually to improve my performance by seeking training and educational opportunities that will better prepare me for my professional security duties.
100.1 Managers
As managers of private security functions and employees of Triton Global Services, we pledge:
To recognize that our principal responsibilities, in the service of our organization and the clients we represent, to protect life and property as well as providing professional services of the highest degree of trust and respecting the constitutional rights of all persons.
To be guided by a sense of integrity, honor, justice, and morality in the conduct of business; in all personnel matters; in relationships with government agencies, clients, employees, and the general public.
To strive faithfully to render security services of the highest quality and to work continuously to further our knowledge and skills in an effort to improve the overall effectiveness of Triton Global Services and the industries we serve.
To uphold the trust of our employees, our clients, and the public by performing our duties within the law, not ordering or condoning violations of the law; and ensuring that our security personnel conduct their assigned duties lawfully and with proper regard for the rights of others.
To align our highly skilled security personnel with our customer’s business goals ensuring our customers receive not only the highest level of security protection they are expecting, but also remaining conducive to our customer’s business strategies.
To respect the reputation and practice of others in the security industry, but to expose to the proper authorities any conduct that is unethical or unlawful.
To apply uniform and equitable standards of employment in recruiting and selecting personnel regardless of race, creed, color, sex, or age, and in providing salaries commensurate with job responsibilities and training, education, and experience.
To cooperate with recognized law enforcement and other criminal justice agencies, both foreign and domestic; to comply with required licensing and registration laws as well as statutory requirements that pertain to the services we render.
