From the on-site evaluation to the introduction of the supervisor and their staff, it was all first class. More importantly, was the confidence that was instilled in me as I learned of the background of the owner and the many years of experience he had in the security industry.
We used 2 different levels of their service-First level was the patroling of our property 3 times per night, at all different hours throughout the evening.
The second level was the 8 hour, on-site patrol we had after our last employee had left for the evening. The level of detail in the daily morning report I received was outstanding and allowed me to give my staff specific instructions on what needed to be followed up on when they started their day.
The reason for the need for Triton’s services left the property the day they arrived and we are grateful to report have not returned since.
